1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, logging in, or using the Dahatez Delivery mobile application ("App"), you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Definitions
• "User" – any individual or entity using the App.
• "Courier" – independent delivery partners registered on the platform.
• "Service" – courier aggregation and logistics management functions provided through the App.
• "Package" – any item accepted for delivery via the App.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
4. User Responsibilities
• Ensure accurate address and contact information.
• Do not send illegal or hazardous items.
• Make sure the package is safely and properly packed.
• Do not engage in any illegal activities.
5. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent:
• Illegal substances (e.g., drugs, weapons)
• Explosive and dangerous materials
• Cash, precious metals, and stones
• Perishable goods (if improperly packaged)
• Any items prohibited by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan
6. Delivery Rules
• Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Couriers may contact users regarding orders.
• Absence of the recipient or incorrect address may lead to extra charges or return of the package.
7. Payments and Fees
• Payments can be made by:
o In-app (bank cards, e-wallets, etc.)
o Cash payment directly to the courier after delivery
• All prices include applicable taxes.
• Cancellations after the courier has been dispatched may result in partial or full charges.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellation before courier dispatch is free of charge.
• Cancellation while the courier is en route may incur charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to process.
9. Limitation of Liability
• Dahatez Delivery is a technology platform and is not directly responsible for courier delays or product damage.
• If it is proven that the service provided by Dahatez Delivery was defective or unsatisfactory (e.g., package damaged, delayed delivery, lost item, etc.), the company may provide compensation (monetary or otherwise) to the user.
• The maximum compensation amount is limited to 100 AZN.
10. Account Suspension
Your account may be suspended or deleted in cases of:
• Providing false information
• Abuse of the App
• Rude or abusive behavior toward couriers or staff
• Illegal activity
11. Privacy Policy
User data is protected in accordance with the [Privacy Policy link]. Data is shared with third parties only on legal grounds or with the user's consent.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App means you agree to the updated terms.
